Shout!Box Member-Get-Member Terms and Condition

The Shout!Box Member Get Member ("Shout!Box MGM") Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with Shout!Box Terms of Use and Privacy Policy on www.shoutbox.com.my

Where there is conflict between Shout!Box Terms of Use, its Privacy Policy and Shout!Box Member Get Member Terms and Condition, the specific Terms and Condition from Shout!Box MGM shall apply, but all other provisions within the general Shout!Box Terms of Use or Privacy Policy shall remain in full force and effect.

"Referrer" means existing Shout!Box member who is referring new member(s) to Shout!Box as part of the Sbout!Box MGM Campaign.

"Referee" means the new applicant who has been referred to Shout!Box by an existing Shout!Box member as part of the Shout!Box MGM Campaign.

1. The Shout!Box MGM is open to all existing Shout!Box members from 1 April 2010.
   
   
2. Shout!Box MGM is not valid if membership applications are made through any tactical membership drive such as press / internet ads, roadshows etc, unless otherwise stated.
   
   
3. The referral is considered successful when the referred applicant(s) has joined Shout!Box as a member and subsequent participant in not less than 5 Shout!Box survey in a year.
   
   
4. The full name, contact number and email of Referee must be provided by the Referrer to Cardas Research and Consulting Sdn Bhd before the application. Provision of such information after submission of the online application form will not be entertained.
   
   
5. There is no restriction to the number of referrals as long as all applications submitted fulfill the terms and condition of Shout!Box MGM.
   
   
6. If more than one Referrer refers the same contact to Shout!Box MGM and the applicant successfully signs up for Shout!Box's membership, Shout!Box shall at its discretion, decide on who should be the rightful Referrer based on the membership application being the Referrer's particulars first received.
   
   
7. At the point of issuance of rewards, the Shout!Box membership of the Referrer must be valid.
   
   
8. Any reward if in cash will be issued to the Referrer's address when the accumulated reward reaches RM50 and above.
   
   
9. Shout!Box reserves the right to replace the stated reward with items of similar value if required.
   
   
10. All decisions on matters relating to the Shout!Box MGM are final, including without limitation on the time of receipt of application forms.
    
    
11. This Campaign will remain available until further notice from Cardas Research and Consulting Sdn Bhd
    
    
12. Cardas Research and Consulting Sdn Bhd reserves the right to vary, delete or add any of these terms and condition of the Shout!Box MGM or change or withdraw the Campaign at any time at its discretion without prior notice.
